A meal that fits the day

Yacht Rental with BBQ in Dubai

A yacht barbecue may involve cooking during the trip or serving grilled dishes delivered ready to eat. Choose the version you want so we can check the boat, cooking facilities and meal service before you board.

Choose your barbecue arrangement

  • Cooked on board

Request a boat and service suitable for cooking during the charter. Agree the menu, equipment, person operating it and the time the food should be ready.

  • Prepared and delivered

You may prefer grilled dishes delivered ready for the charter under a catering plan. Check how they will be delivered, stored and served, including the timing within your booked hours.

  • Your own food request

Describe any food you want to bring before buying it. Permission, storage, preparation and handling need to be agreed for the particular boat.

Plan the meal before choosing the grill

Start with how many people will eat and how you want to serve them. Informal burgers, a mixed grill at one table and a lunch with several courses need different space, equipment and support. A clear menu helps us check the right arrangement.

Give the dining area as much thought as the cooking area. Decide whether everyone should sit together or eat informally across several seats, and ask to see that arrangement. Published passenger capacity does not establish dining capacity.

Allow time for preparing, serving and eating the food, especially if you also want to swim or sightsee. For a shorter cruise, a simpler menu may leave more time to enjoy the trip without waiting for the main meal.

Details to include in the food brief

  • Guest count

Number of adults and children eating, plus whether everyone wants the same meal or different portions.

  • Dietary requirements

Allergies, vegetarian choices and other requirements the food provider needs to consider. Ask for a clear response to specific needs before confirming the menu.

  • Cooking responsibility

Who supplies and operates the equipment, whether a cook or chef is included, and what guests may do themselves.

  • Service and clearing away

Plates, cutlery, serving items, drinks and the people handling food and clean-up. Make sure the quote describes the arrangement you expect.

  • Timing

Your preferred meal time, any swimming or sightseeing priorities and the total hours on board.

Food, equipment and serving items

Settle the food plan with the charter proposal, including the serving items you will need. Nominate one person to manage anything your group is bringing. If the guest list changes, update the food quantities as well as the passenger count.

Get agreement before bringing a grill or other cooking appliance. The yacht operator and provider need to approve the setup. If it cannot work on the boat, compare catered grilled dishes or a meal prepared by a chef.

Your date. Your guests. Your plans.
