Hire a Yacht Dubai

Website & charter terms

Clear information before you make an enquiry.

Enquiries and bookings

An enquiry asks us to research a charter. It does not reserve a yacht, confirm a price or create a charter agreement. A booking requires the written proposal, acceptance of the applicable agreement and the payments specified in it.

Yacht listings and photographs

Yacht pages present individual boats advertised for charter, with vessel information and photographs. A listing does not mean that Hire a Yacht Dubai owns or operates the yacht, or that it is available on your dates. We check the yacht and charter arrangement for each enquiry. The written proposal identifies the vessel and confirms its relevant specifications, guest limits, services and availability. Photographs on route and yacht-type pages may illustrate a setting or category rather than the boat offered in your proposal.

Prices and included services

The written proposal sets out the charter fee, taxes where applicable and any additional costs. Fuel, catering, berths, delivery and event services may be quoted separately. An event charter does not include admission, hospitality or a viewing berth unless these are expressly included.

The itinerary and conditions at sea

Routes, swimming stops and departure arrangements depend on the vessel, local restrictions and conditions on the day. The captain may change the plan for safety. Cancellation, postponement, substitution and refund terms are those agreed in the charter contract.

Using this website

Please provide accurate information and do not use the form to send unsolicited advertising, harmful content or another person’s details without their permission. Yacht names and builder or model names identify the boats described. Their appearance on this website does not by itself establish ownership, manufacturer endorsement or an exclusive charter arrangement.
