Tell us about your Dubai charter

Send your date, guest count and the time you would like aboard. Add a preferred Dubai departure and the main reason for the outing, whether it is a quiet cruise or a celebration. Use the charter request form, then keep changes with the same enquiry so the details stay together.

The details that help us begin

Start with your preferred departure area in Dubai. If the date is flexible, give the range rather than choosing an arbitrary day. Include every guest and say whether you want a few hours, a day or nights aboard.

A total budget helps narrow the search. Mention whether it should also cover meals, transfers or other extras. If you are still exploring, say so; the enquiry can establish what needs to be decided before requesting a final proposal.

  • Destination and dates, including any flexibility.
  • Guest count, children’s ages and overnight cabin needs.
  • The activity or occasion that matters most.
  • Budget, boarding preferences and a fixed return time if you have one.

Mention the details a photograph cannot show

Tell us about limited mobility, shade requirements, dietary needs or a guest who is unfamiliar with boats. These points may affect the layout, boarding arrangement and services you need. You do not have to choose a yacht class first.

For a celebration, describe the atmosphere and any catering or decoration you would like. Equipment and additional services need confirmation for the particular boat; listing a preference does not mean it is included.

Continue through one enquiry

Use the same enquiry when changing dates, adding a guest or asking about the proposal. That keeps the charter brief, answers and next steps in one place. Wait for the written booking confirmation before treating the yacht as reserved.

For questions about an existing booking, include its reference and the departure date. Avoid sending payment-card details or identity documents in the free-text enquiry; follow the instructions supplied for the booking when such information is required.

If you already have a boat in mind

Send its name or page link with the date and number of guests. Mention what drew you to it: perhaps the covered dining area, a particular look or room for the whole party. If that boat cannot be offered, those priorities make a comparison with another yacht more useful.

For an existing proposal, include the reference and list the changes together. A revised guest count, a different departure time and an added meal can affect the same arrangement. Keeping them in one message helps avoid discussing an old version of the plan.

When someone else is organising the group

Say who can approve the yacht and who will coordinate guests on the day. If those are different people, explain the arrangement without sending anyone else’s private details unnecessarily. For a surprise, identify which information should stay with the organiser and how you would like to be contacted.

Before you step aboard

Your questions,
answered.

Can I enquire before choosing a departure marina?

Yes. Share where you are staying in Dubai, your date and the outing you want. The departure can then be discussed around a suitable yacht, its berth and your available time.

What if I do not know the final guest count?

Give the likely number and the highest number you are considering. Explain when you expect to know more. The final count still needs agreement for the chosen yacht, and a larger group may require a different boat.
