On board Xclusive 15
Xclusive 15 brings 8,500 square feet of deck space to a 125ft event houseboat. Below the sundeck lounge and bar are two air-conditioned areas, and the furniture can be configured for the occasion. The gallery shows an illuminated exterior at night and a broad upper deck prepared for an event. A reception, company gathering or celebration can focus on this waterfront setting. Cruising is limited to sheltered marina and lagoon waters, rather than an offshore route. Establish the guest list and event format first, then develop the catering, seating and boarding arrangements as parts of the same plan.
Furniture, service and presentation space
Furniture on Xclusive 15 can be arranged to suit the occasion. Circulation space matters for a reception, while a seated meal or presentation requires a more defined plan. Both the sundeck and air-conditioned areas offer possibilities, but the usable capacity depends on their setup. Include tables, service areas and any stage, presentation equipment or entertainment in the brief. An audio-visual system is listed; confirm its exact components against what you intend to present before relying on it for the event.

Work within the marina and lagoon setting
Choose this houseboat with its cruising area in mind. Xclusive 15 operates in sheltered marina and lagoon waters, allowing the gathering and waterfront surroundings to become the focus instead of distant sea-route landmarks. For a large guest list, coordinate arrivals and allow separate access for suppliers who need to board first. The charter proposal should bring these decisions together: the event's furniture layout, permitted guest number, access schedule and intended movement of the vessel. Those details determine how the occasion will run aboard.
