The guest list may change during a Stardom event. A reception can welcome up to 100 people, but the main dining table seats 12. Tell us who is coming for the welcome, who will stay for dinner and how you want food served to anyone outside that smaller dining group.
Up to ten people can stay in the five cabins when an overnight charter is agreed. Build the departure of other guests into the evening programme, including their onward transport from the confirmed return point.

Welcome aboard
Use the confirmed Dubai Harbour meeting details to bring the party together. If several cars or hotel transfers are involved, nominate a contact who can account for the group before boarding.
Evening on deck
The sky lounge has a bar, while the sky deck includes seating and event lighting. Explain whether this part will be a conversation-led gathering, music or speeches so equipment and service can be coordinated.
