The whole guest list
Count children as well as adults within the twenty-person day limit. Mention anyone who needs help with steps or would prefer an indoor seat.
Your own music
Ask about connecting your device and the onboard sound controls. A downloaded playlist avoids making the afternoon depend on a mobile connection offshore.
Arranging your Aicon 60 charter
Request a Harbour start
Aicon’s boarding specification names Dubai Harbour. Ask for the current berth and meeting instructions for your date before sharing a location with the group.
Choose the part of the coast you want
A nearby JBR and Bluewaters request leaves a different balance of cruising time from a longer coastal outing. Let the crew price a suitable duration.
A relaxed Harbour outing for twenty
The first choice on Aicon 60 is how everyone will sit together. Its upper seating has a different feel from the aft deck, and a lunch for twenty needs more planning than drinks between friends. Look at both areas and tell us which one appeals to you. At 18.29 metres, Aicon can be a useful size for this group, with the air-conditioned cabin offering a change of setting when guests want a break indoors.
The Bluetooth system makes a shared playlist straightforward to discuss. Fishing equipment is also listed, so mention fishing before accepting a sightseeing route. A stop chosen for a coastal photograph and time spent fishing need different planning; the crew must agree what fits the conditions and the booking.
The Aicon 60 meeting point
Ask for Aicon 60 and a Dubai Harbour start, with the current berth included in the proposal. If lunch is the main gathering, arrange food delivery around the boarding time. The host can then greet guests while the crew prepares to leave, with the menu and serving plan already settled.
Aicon 60 charter questions
Can we include fishing on Aicon 60?
Fishing equipment is listed. Tell us the ages and experience of those taking part so the operator can confirm the equipment, location and time needed.
Does the twenty-person limit mean twenty dining seats?
No. It is the day capacity. We request a separate seating arrangement when everyone needs to share a meal at the same time.
